You must be at least 18 years old — or the higher minimum age required by the operator or licence jurisdiction — to register and use BN77. Underage gambling is strictly prohibited.
Each player may hold only one registered account. Duplicate accounts are prohibited and may result in suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances pending review.

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and BN77 ("BN77", "we", "us", "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the BN77 online entertainment platform, including all related websites, mobile interfaces, applications, and services offered under the BN77 brand.
By creating an account, accessing any part of the BN77 platform, or placing any bet or wager, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.
If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the BN77 platform and, if applicable, close your account in accordance with Section 13 of these Terms.

By registering an Account, you warrant that all eligibility criteria are met and that all information provided during registration is accurate, complete and up to date. Providing false information is a material breach of these Terms.
Each player is permitted to hold one Account only. Registering or operating multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, BN77 reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void pending bets placed through any duplicate account, and forfeit any Bonus Funds in those accounts pending a full review.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. BN77 will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your Account where that access results from your failure to keep credentials secure.
You must notify BN77 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account or if your credentials have been compromised.
Account details — including name, date of birth and contact information — must reflect your true identity. BN77 may require verification of these details at any time. Accounts containing demonstrably false information may be suspended without prior notice pending investigation.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, BN77 grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not include any right to:
BN77 provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make reasonable efforts to ensure continuous uptime, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance, technical faults or events beyond our reasonable control may result in temporary unavailability.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on BN77 and may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of Balance and, where applicable, reporting to relevant authorities:
All content on the BN77 Platform — including but not limited to logos, trademarks, trade names, graphics, software, game interfaces, data compilations, and written content — is the property of BN77 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Nothing in these Terms grants you any ownership interest or licence in BN77's intellectual property beyond the limited use licence described in Section 5. Unauthorised use of BN77's intellectual property, including reproduction, distribution or commercial exploitation without written consent, is strictly prohibited and may give rise to legal action.
Third-party game content accessible through the Platform remains the intellectual property of the respective game providers and is subject to those providers' own licensing terms.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, BN77 shall not be liable for:
BN77's total aggregate liability to you in connection with any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your Account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
By the Player: You may close your Account at any time by contacting BN77 support at [email protected]. Upon closure, any real-money Balance remaining in your Account (after deduction of any Bonus Funds subject to uncompleted wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to applicable KYC requirements having been satisfied.
By BN77: BN77 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account, with or without prior notice, where:
Upon termination by BN77 for cause, any Bonus Funds and winnings derived solely from Bonus Funds may be forfeited. Legitimate real-money deposits and associated verified winnings will be returned subject to AML and KYC obligations.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which BN77 holds its operating licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through BN77's internal complaints procedure shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts or dispute resolution bodies of that jurisdiction.
BN77's internal complaints procedure is the first point of contact for all disputes. To raise a complaint, contact support at [email protected] with full details of your concern. BN77 will acknowledge complaints within a reasonable period and aim to provide a substantive response within 14 calendar days.
BN77 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where changes are material — for example, changes to withdrawal procedures, eligibility criteria, or bonus terms — BN77 will provide notice via a prominent announcement on the Platform and, where practicable, by email to the address registered on your Account.
Continued use of the BN77 Platform after any amended Terms have been published and notified constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your Account in accordance with Section 13.
The "Last updated" date displayed at the top of this page reflects the date on which the most recent revision was made. We encourage players to review these Terms periodically to remain informed of any changes.
